Inspired by the chiaroscuro woodcuts in ‘Renaissance Impressions’, our Learning Department recently held a fun hands-on workshop for families.
-
We welcomed over 200 participants to ‘Little Prints’, held on Sunday 16 March. Families celebrated the opening of Renaissance Impressions by bringing the myths and legends in the prints to life.
Parents and children alike experimented with four different types of prints; collograph, etching, lino cut and foam block. We love the range of subjects and colours that were used. Check out a few masterpieces from the workshop below, and download our worksheets to try your hand at printmaking at home.
