Visit every exhibition ahead of the public opening with a family member as your guest and up to four under 16s for free.

Visiting as a Friend:
No need to book
Advance booking is no longer required. Occasionally, our galleries may be full though – so pre-booking your ticket is still the best way to guarantee access at your preferred time.
Friends must bring their membership cards
For safety reasons, we ask all friends to bring their membership cards when they visit.
Friends of the RA can bring a family member
Bring a guest and up to four children under 16 to all exhibitions.
Friends have a dedicated members’ area
Visit the Friends Lounge in the Keeper’s House where you can enjoy light refreshments.

Gift Aid
As a Friend, you could help us even more – at no extra cost
As an independent organisation, we rely on the generosity of our Friends and visitors to continue our programme of exhibitions, education and debate.
How Gift Aid works
The government’s Gift Aid scheme allows us to reclaim 25p for every £1 of your membership. All we need is your consent - no extra payments! Simply make your declaration to support the RA even more.
